MOSCOW, Nov 10 (PRIME) -- Clients of Russia’s Alfa-Bank have faced problems with its mobile application, according to information of glitch tracking resource Downdetector as seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
“Due to technical works, there have been temporary local difficulties with access to Alfa-Bank’s application for some clients. The Internet bank worked and works regularly, it can be used,” a bank spokesperson told PRIME.
Downdetector registered 254 reports about the problem as of 1.19 p.m. Moscow time, then their number started decreasing. The issues were witnessed in Moscow and St. Petersburg, among other cities.
